* Shipping costs for replacement accessories. If the order includes at least one bicycle, no additional shipping fee will be charged apart from the transportation cost of the bicycle.
Shipping conditions
The products offered on the website will only be shipped to the Countries/Cities listed in the table above. Shipments will not be made outside the specified delivery area.
Unless otherwise stated, the products will be delivered within 2 business days.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands will be delivered within 5 business days.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will be delivered within 10 business days.
Shipments to France will be delivered within 4 to 5 business days.
Shipments to Belgium will be delivered within 5 to 6 business days.
Shipments to Italy will be delivered within 7 to 8 business days.
Shipments to the Netherlands will be delivered within 5 to 6 business days.
Shipments to Poland will be delivered within 4 to 5 business days
Shipments to Germany will be delivered within 4 to 5 business days.
Shipments to any other country different from Spain and the ones mentioned above will be delivered within 10 business days.
The product will only be shipped once payment has been received.
An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. Within the following 24 hours, the customer must verify the received products and report any objections to Flebi. After this 24-hour period, the delivery will be considered accepted, and no claims for damages or issues with the shipment will be accepted.
In case of an issue, you can report it to us through our contact form, specifying the order number and the problem you are experiencing. Once we receive the issue, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide a solution.
