- YOU HAVE ONE WEEK AND 100 KM TO DECIDE. IF YOU CHOOSE TO RETURN IT, WE WILL ONLY CHARGE YOU A €100 USAGE FEE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BIKE MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION TO BE RETURNED.

HOW DO I RETURN IT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED?
Don’t worry about that, just let us know you want to return it and we’ll pick it up at your doorstep so you don’t have to travel.
HOW SHOULD I PACKAGE IT IF I WANT TO RETURN IT?
When you receive your bike at home and unpack it, you must carefully store the packaging so you can use it again upon your return. Therefore, we ask that you be careful. Then, contact us to arrange pickup. It’s that simple!
HOW LONG DOES THE TRIAL LAST?
You have up to one week from the date you receive your bike to decide whether to keep it or not. Plus, you can ride it up to 100 kilometers.
WILL THE BIKE I RECEIVE BE NEW?
Of course! You will always receive a new bike so that you feel from the very first moment that it is yours.
IS THERE A COST FOR RETURNS?
You will only have a €100 charge for using the bicycle.
CAN I TEST THE KM 0 BICYCLES?
No, our zero-mile bikes are not included in this test service.
