- Scan the Velopass: Enter the Velopass code in the Velopass Pro portal, and all the bike's data will instantly appear.
- Sale and registration: Use the Velopass app to register the bike in the customer’s name at the time of purchase. They will then receive their digital passport with all the services from your store.
- Maintenance: You just need to scan the bike with the Velopass Pro app to instantly access all the necessary information.
For Cyclists.
- Scan the sticker with your phone’s camera or visit www.velopass.com
- Create your account or log in if you already have one.
- Register the bike in your name. Once done, it will be insured, and you'll have access to all available information and services.

What happens if someone removes the stickers?
When you register your bike, we ask for the brand and frame number. The Velopass sticker indicates that it is a registered and insured bike, ensuring it is easy to read. If someone removes the Velopass sticker, the bike can always be identified using the combination of the brand and frame number.
Can I transfer ownership of the bike to a new owner when selling it?
You can transfer ownership of the bike to the new owner. When you log in to your account and select the bike, you will see the “transfer ownership” button. This way, you can transfer the bike to the new owner.
