Products and costs

Prices and sales conditions are for information purposes only and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the purchase form implies acceptance of the price offered and the general sales conditions in force at that specific time. Once the order has been placed, the purchase will be deemed to have been made by full right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer and from that moment on, prices and conditions will be contractual in nature and may not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties.

The prices shown include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in euros. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices indicated do not include shipping costs.

Transaction Language

The user can choose the language in which the purchase-sale contract with Flebi will be formalized between Spanish, English, French or Italian, choosing it in the part of the website enabled to make said selection.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are offered: bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, Scalapay and Cetelem.

If you select a bank transfer, you will be provided by email with the details of the account to which you must make the transfer.

Warranties

All material sold in our online store benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity, the legal guarantee against hidden defects and the Flebi guarantee. It applies Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999 on certain aspects of the sale and guarantees of consumer goods.

As of January 1, 2022, the warranty for all products purchased and invoiced in Spain and Portugal is 3 years. Before this date, it was 12 months for electrical components and 24 months for the frame. No warranty applies to components subject to normal wear and tear (for example: batteries, lights, fuses, cameras, tires, bearings, brakes, radios, etc.).

To exercise the warranty, the buyer of the bicycle must contact Flebi through the contact form on its website, indicating the order number, invoice number and clearly describing the problem. Flebi will contact the buyer as soon as possible to offer the solution that best suits their case. The warranty is linked to the first owner of the bicycle, and only this person can use it.

In the event that a repair is required, the costs of shipping the item to Flebi’s warehouses are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the legal guarantee of conformity is applicable to the returned item(s), all costs arising from this return will be reimbursed to the customer.

The legal guarantees will not apply or will only apply partially to the repair of any damage resulting from a cause external to the appliance (for example, accident, impact, scratches, punctured tyres, power problems, etc.), or from incorrect operation by the customer (for example, use or installation not in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, use detrimental to the proper functioning of the appliance, use for commercial or collective purposes, or use of incompatible peripherals, accessories or consumables, modification of the factory settings of the display, etc.).

Likewise, the following are not covered:

  • the replacement of consumables (batteries, lights, fuses, cameras, tires, bearings, brakes, radios, etc.)
  • Abnormal or non-conforming use of the products. To do so, we advise you to read the instruction manual included with each of our products.
  • Breakdowns of accessories (power cables, etc.)
  • Repairs of possible defects by technical services not recognized and/or authorized by Flebi
  • damage caused by any cause external to the device (for example, accident, impact, scratches, tire punctures, power problems, misuse of the bicycle, etc.)

Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days, starting from the day on which the buyer, or a third party indicated by the buyer (other than the carrier) acquires material possession of the last of these goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Flebi Soluciones S.L., Polígono San Nicolás calle 8 nave 99, 41500 Alcalá de Guadaira – Sevilla, telephone 606 225 432, email info@flebi.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email), including your name, full address, telephone number and email address.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the buyer to send the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the corresponding period expires.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

– The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the company cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.

– The supply of goods made according to the consumer and user’s specifications or clearly personalized.

– The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

– The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

– The supply of goods that have been used and/or tested.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal by the buyer, all payments received from the buyer, including delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which Flebi is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by the buyer for the initial transaction, unless expressly provided otherwise; in any case, no costs will be incurred as a result of the refund. Flebi reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods, or until the buyer has provided proof of the return of the same, depending on which condition is met first.

The buyer must return or deliver the goods directly to Flebi or to the Flebi warehouses located at Polígono San Nicolás calle 8 nave 9, 41500 Alcalá de Guadaira (Seville), without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract is communicated. The deadline will be considered met if the goods are returned before said deadline has expired.

The buyer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The buyer shall be solely liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Out of warranty services

In the event that a repair or replacement service not covered by the warranty is required, the customer must pay the shipping costs (round trip) to the Flebi technical service located in Seville.

Flebi will issue a quote for the service and, if it is not accepted, the bicycle will be returned in the condition in which it was necessary to diagnose the fault and thus be able to prepare said quote. The client also has the option of paying the expenses required to receive the assembled bicycle.

Battery change

The non-removable batteries on Flebi models (Evo, Eco) must be replaced by the Flebi Technical Service, or by one of our official distributors. If you have purchased your bike through our website, when the battery reaches the end of its useful life you simply have to buy a new one in the Flebi online store and send your bike to our Technical Service. We will replace the battery at no cost to you and send it back to you. If you want us to collect it from your home, you will simply have to pay an additional cost for transport.
